Terms of Service
Welcome to ACS Digitales! By accessing, viewing or downloading photographs from our online galleries, you agree to the following terms.
1. Copyright & Ownership
All photographs taken and delivered by ACS Digitales remain the intellectual property of ACS Digitales unless otherwise agreed in writing. Downloading photographs does not transfer copyright ownership.
2. Image Usage & Sharing
Clients are welcome to download and share their photographs for the purposes agreed upon when booking.
Images may be used on personal or business social media accounts where this is included in the agreed usage rights. Additional commercial licensing, resale or distribution to third parties may require prior written permission.
Crediting ACS Digitales (@acsdigitales) when sharing photographs is always appreciated.
3. Editing & Alterations
All photographs are professionally edited to reflect the creative style of ACS Digitales.
Clients are kindly asked not to apply additional filters, presets, AI-generated alterations or significant edits without prior written approval.
If you would like any adjustments to your photographs, please get in touch. We are always happy to discuss reasonable editing requests.
4. Gallery Access & Downloads
Photographs are delivered through a private or shared online gallery using Pixieset.
Where applicable, a download PIN or password will be provided. Please only share access details with authorised individuals.
Galleries may be removed or archived after the availability period communicated to the client. Clients are responsible for downloading and safely backing up their photographs before the gallery expires.
5. Delivery & Storage
ACS Digitales takes reasonable care when editing, storing and delivering photographs. However, permanent storage and indefinite gallery access are not guaranteed.
Once the images have been delivered, clients are encouraged to keep their own secure backups.
6. Privacy & Respect
Images featuring other individuals should be shared responsibly and with consideration for their privacy.
Access to a gallery does not automatically grant permission to publish every image or use photographs for advertising or other purposes beyond the agreed licence.
7. Changes & Contact
ACS Digitales may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
